Term & Conditions
Booking an event
- When making a booking be sure, if you can, to check availability
which is updated daily on the website, in order to avoid disappointment
- Where possible please book early so the events can run but,
spaces allowing, booking can be made on the day for an evening
event or day before for a day time one.
- All bookings must be accompanied by payment.
- All bookings made by using the website will be confirmed by
email.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF ACTIONSCENE UK LIMITED

Action Scene UK Limited ("Action Scene") shall be responsible
for arranging the booking of any event or activity at the request
of the customer and Action Scene shall use reasonable care and
skill in arranging bookings on behalf of the customer with the
organisers of the relevant events/activities.

Action Scene shall be under no liability whatsoever to the
customer for any losses, claims, actions, demands or damages suffered
by the customer or arising in relation to the attendance or participation
by the customer in the relevant events or activities and any such
losses, claims, actions, demands or damages shall be the sole
responsibility of such person, firm or company who shall have
organised or provided the relevant event or activity.

Action Scene shall be under no liability whatever to the customer
for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit)
suffered by the customer arising out of any failure by Action
Scene in arranging the bookings requested by the customer.

None of the above provisions shall effect the statutory rights
of a customer dealing as consumers.
Non-Members
Non members can attend any number of events but will be charged
an additional 15.0% or ?5 (whichever is the greater) over the member
rate.
Guest Members
Existing members may bring up to two guests along to any event,
space allowing, at the non-member rate each. Members may however
only bring the same guest twice, before he or she is asked to become
a member themselves
Members
Can attend any number of events and are indeed encouraged to do
so in order to get the most out of membership. However a member
may only book a maximum of 4 places on an individual event so that
the group remains balanced. Should a member wish to book more than
4 places we will be pleased to organise an event especially for
the member's group on another occasion. Please contact Action Scene
UK Ltd to discuss details.
Non arrivals
Please advise the organiser on the day if you are either going
to be late or cannot attend at all so that the activity is not spoilt
for others.
Cancellation
Where possible we will refund, in the form of credit note to be
used on a future activity, if you give 24 hours notice.
